10 Weeks Pregnant - Symptoms and more

My symptoms haven't been that strong throughout but the last 4/5 days I've just not felt pregnant at all. My appetite is back, I'm not tired.

It's fine, some people get no symptoms, some people can't even keep water down. Just means your placenta has taken over from your hormones.
